We are looking for someone who is:
Fluent in spoken and written English with a good American accent.
Able to work in a quiet home office environment during graveyard shifts.
Equipped with a fast and reliable internet connection (at least 10MBPS) and a backup.
Has dependable electricity with power back-up.
Using a computer with at least an 8th-gen i3 processor, 8GB RAM, SSD Disc, and Windows or MAC OS.
Experienced in real estate (preferred).
Proficient with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Edit and design engaging video clips for Instagram, Youtube shorts, and TikTok.
Design email campaigns showcasing properties for sale.
Craft and manage social media paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Youtube.
Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and provide data to the leadership team.
Create original content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns.
Engage with followers and monitor social media analytics.
Conduct market research to track trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
Organize and coordinate marketing events.
Edit and proofread content for accuracy and brand consistency.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficient in content creation tools and social media management tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
Creative, with strong organizational skills, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
