1. Peel-and-Stick Tile Issue: The peel-and-stick pink tile didn't look great, so after discussing it with my handyman, we decided to remove it. I’m planning to save up for a new backsplash and countertop instead.

1. Living Room Rug Swap: I replaced the living room rug since the old one looked like it had pet stains.

2. Hero Shots: I’m setting up the "hero shots" for Airbnb photos, focusing on the neon sign and key focal points like the dining room and bedroom.

3. Outdoor Enhancements: The landscaper is adding wiring to the wall for climbing plants, which will bring even more color to the space in future photos.
